Watchworks, Ali Mall, Cubao

I wear an Oris watch, the Day-Date Titanium version because my sweat is acidic and I've "destroyed" three watches in the past (they corroded, actually). My other watch is a Citizen Ecodrive Titanium which has served me for the last 10 years or so and still continues to work.

I learned about Watchworks when I registered the watch and received an Oris Catalog and a welcome letter from Watchworks.

I'm happy with my Oris watch and sometimes it gets attention from other watch aficionados. Recently however, I was quite disappointed that the crown of my Oris has becoming difficult  to pull out, until one time when I can't pull it out any more.

Due to this problem, I paid a visit to Watchworks in Ali Mall, Cubao. After the watch was submitted for evaluation, I was advised to come back 2 month after. The parts needs to be ordered according to them. So I was willing to wait, and I'm back with my trusted Ecodrive.

About two weeks after I brought my watch for service, I was surprised to receive a call from Watchworks. I was told it can be picked up. That was fast!

The customer service experience with Watchworks is excellent. The two ladies at the reception were friendly and knowledgeable.

The waiting area is comfortable, and I always sit where I can view their showcase area.

My Oris was calibrated and was very shiny when they handed it over to me. I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The operation of the crown was back to normal.

I give Watchworks two thumbs up!
